メロンやアプリコットなどの明るい酸とダークチェリーの深めの酸、キャラメルのボディを感じる甘さ、ローズヒップを思わせる華やかな香りが印象的です。冷めるとオレンジのような柑橘系の酸味とアッサムティーが合わさったレモンティーのような味わいになります。
Birhanu is a coffee farmer in Halo Hartumie village, Gedeb, who has been growing coffee for 30 years and uses organic farming methods, growing 74112 coffee varieties on 4 ha of land and harvesting about 5300 kg of coffee per year. He sells his coffee at the local market in the town of Dilla, but was not satisfied with the price of his coffee, so he entered the 2021 Cup of Excellence and achieved 19th place. This lot also maintains a very high quality.
This coffee has bright acidity of melon and apricot with deep acidity and sweetness of dark cherry and caramel body, and a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of rosehips. When cooled, it tastes like lemon tea combined with orangey citrus acidity and Assam tea.
