Birhanuは、Gedeb, Halo Hartumie 村でコーヒー農家を営んでいます。30年前からコーヒーを栽培しており有機農法を採用し、4ヘクタールの土地で74112という品種のコーヒーを栽培、年間約5300キロのコーヒーを収穫します。彼はそれらのコーヒーをDillaの町の現地マーケットで販売していましたが、自分のコーヒーの値段に満足できず2021年カップ・オブ・エクセレンスに参加し、19位という快挙を遂げました。今回のロットもとても高いクオリティを維持しています。
This coffee has floral acidity of jasmine and blueberry with sweetness of melon and peach, caramel body. When it cooled down, it tastes like lemon tea combined with orangey citrus acidity and Assam tea.
Birhanu is a coffee farmer in Halo Hartumie village, Gedeb, who has been growing coffee for 30 years and uses organic farming methods, growing 74112 coffee varieties on 4 ha of land and harvesting about 5300 kg of coffee per year. He sells his coffee at the local market in the town of Dilla, but was not satisfied with the price of his coffee, so he entered the 2021 Cup of Excellence and achieved 19th place. This lot also maintains a very high quality.
