Best of Panamaの常連農園。2020年の優勝農園であり、2021年にもNaturalのロットが2位、Washedのロットが3位を受賞しました。そのWashedのロットとほぼ同等のロットです。
オレンジやレモンの柑橘系の酸味と桃やマンゴー、白ブドウのような甘み、ジャスミンに似た台湾ウーロン茶のようなフローラルさが特徴です。口当たりもとろっとした質感を持ちながらサラリと喉を通り抜けます。Naturalかと思うほどの甘さがありながらWashedらしいクリーンさは冷めても変わりません。コーヒー好きには必ず飲んでほしい1杯、知っておいて欲しい農園の1つです。

Hartmann family has been operating a coffee farm in Santa Clara, western Panama, for three generations, with the philosophy of "Growing coffee in harmony with the environment", as its first priority.
A regular Best of Panama winner, won the 1st place in 2020 and again in 2021, the Natural lot was awarded 2nd place and the Washed lot 3rd place. This is almost same lot as its Washed lot.
It has a citrusy acidity of orange and lemon, sweetness like peach, mango and white grape, and a floral character similar to jasmine-like Taiwanese oolong tea. The mouthfeel has a thick texture and goes down your throat smoothly, with a sweetness that makes you think it's natural processed coffee, but washed's cleanliness remains unchanged even when cooled. A must-try for coffee lovers, and one of the farms you should know about.
