The coffee has a fresh acidity like blueberry, pear and lemon, with the sweetness of rosehips.

The owner of the farm, Tamir Gizau, was born into a coffee farming family and has taken over the farm for several years. The farm is surrounded by shade created by various trees, and the coffee absorbs the fertile nutrients of the forest to grow. All harvesting is done by hand, and unripe beans are hand-picked again during the process.

The village of Wush Wush, as the name suggests, is where the Wush Wush variety was discovered. This time, we only have information on the indigenous species, and we don't know if it is Wush Wush or not, but we can say that it is a coffee with a strong sweetness. The entire area is cultivated in the wilderness using virgin forest.
