100%のフレーバーを抽出するというコンセプトのもと製造されていて、業務用エスプレッソマシンでも使えるエスプレッソ挽きからV60やフレンチプレスでも使えるフィルター挽きまで使用できます。どちらの刃でも同様の範囲で使用できますがエスプレッソ用(初めにセットされている刃)はエスプレッソ抽出で味が出やすくなっており、同様に替刃のフィルター用の刃はフィルター抽出時に最も味が出るような刃の形状をしています。
ボディはステンレスの削り出しで、ほとんどが金属のパーツです。豆受けと本体はマグネットで程よい強さで固定されています。親指をかけるストッパーと47mmのコニカル刃、ボールベアリングによって軽く挽くことができます(1杯用のドリップで20秒前後)。

This is a three-piece set of the world's best hand grinder Kinu M47 Classic, a replacement blade for filter grinding and a case. *This product is only available in shops.
It is manufactured with the concept of extracting 100% flavour and can be used from espresso grind for use with professional espresso machines to filter grind for use with V60 and French presses. Both burrs can be used in the same range, but the espresso burr (the first burr in the set) is designed for the best flavour during espresso extraction, while the filter burr, which is a replacement blade, is similarly shaped to give the best flavour during filter extraction.
The body is machined from stainless steel, with mostly metal parts. The bean receptacle and body are held in place by magnets with good strength. A thumb stopper, 47 mm conical burr and ball bearings allow for light grinding (around 20 seconds for one cup of pour over).
